Mr. Saurabh Ramchandra Bhogale is Graduate of Commerce. After graduating, Saurabh spent initial years in working on the shop floor with the machines. His work experience is now of 21 years.
With the hands on shop floor experience of 2 and half years, Saurabh did his Post Graduate Diploma in Manufacturing Systems Management in United Kingdom. After coming back to join the family business, he focused on using his learnings to improve efficiencies related to machine layout, optimum use of resources, standard material handling practices etc.
He has experience in training and educating shop floor workers with the concepts such as Total Productive Maintenance, five S, and Poka-Yoke etc. These efforts resulted in improved work culture on the shop floor.

Mr. Mihir Soundalgekar is a Production Engineer and holds a post graduate degree in Business Administration. Mihir joined the group as a management trainee in year 2011. In the beginning he worked in implementing robotics on the production line. As he progressed, he successfully implemented performance management system to bring in accountability in the organization. He pursues management review meetings to discuss and resolve critical issues to have effective growth of the Company as a whole. With an experience of more than 8 years, he now manages a newly set up production facility. He desires to build a team for developing technology and add new products for business.
He is a sportsman and loves the game of cricket. He is a member of group's cricket tournament organizing committee. He believes that sports are the best platform to connect with people and nurture relations with them.

Mr. Gaurav Bhogale is a Mechanical Engineer and a post graduate in Business Management from Singapore and has completed MSIL (Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.) system audit. He had joined the AITG group in the year 2013 as a management trainee. He started his career from the shop floor of Bhogale Automotive Private Limited by managing the production. He played an instrumental role in starting export business in the company; he also worked on the sustainable implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS). He took challenges as an opportunity to learn and earn the wisdom to govern efficiently. His aim is to build world Class Company for the group which can set an example for the Society. Now working as a CEO of the company, he has taken up the challenges to improve and set excellent HR services.
He is an ardent sportsman who is actively involved in organizing annual sporting events for the group.
